Not all of our Bunker Branding creators are enrolled in GovX. If the discount does not apply at checkout, it indicates that particular creator is not part of the program.

Our orders typically take 5-10 business days to fulfill. Please keep in mind that the processing time and shipping times are different. 5-10 days is the processing time in the warehouse and 3-5 days is the estimated shipping time once it leaves the warehouse.

During Peak Seasons (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Please allow extended time frames for fulfillment and shipping times.

We ship through USPS and UPS and these are busy times for them as well.

If you purchased faster shipping that only applies to the shipping time, not the time it takes to process the order for shipping. Items may take up to two weeks to process. Just because you paid for two day shipping does not guarantee it will arrive in two days once the order is placed. We try our absolute best to process orders as quickly as possible and get them to you in the correct shipping time.

If you're order contained an item from a pre-sale, the order will ship when the presale is over.

Please keep in mind, if your package is returned to our warehouse for having an insufficient address or being unclaimed,
you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost, only the cost of the product purchased.

It varies by how many items you have in your cart, the shipping option selected and the destination.

You may add items and destination info to your cart and see rates before payment.

International orders can take up to a month or longer to ship sometimes. We cannot control shipping times.

We use UPS and shipping is controlled by them. Check in with your postal office or UPS store as sometimes items are there, and they do not notify customers. Once you receive a notification that your item has shipped, you will need to contact UPS for updates.

Unfortunately we cannot edit items in an order after they have been processed. If you want to add additional items we will need to cancel and refund your original order so that you can place your new order with the correct items.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to accomplish this task due to the high order volume. However, you can email support@bunkerbranding.com and we can cancel and refund the orders so you can combine them in a new order.

If you would like to update the size on your order after the order has been placed please reach out to customer support with your order number. We will try our best to update your items if your order has not already been processed or shipped.

Please visit our Return Center to begin a return. You will need your order number and your shipping zip code to initiate the return process.

Please note we will only accept returns for returns that are initiated within 30 days of fulfillment

Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we receive we cannot fulfill requests for signatures. However, we do try to run promotions that may include autographs so sign up for our newsletters to receive notifications on our promotions!

If you have requested a refund or cancellation of an order and tracking has been provided please note that the refund will not include the shipping fees, as the shipping process has already been initiated.
